American Airless

I never ever do this and leave reviews however, after a few months of constant issues I felt this was necessary First off, I found American Airless off of Facebook and was hoping everything wouldve been great. I understand everyone makes mistakes however, the amount of issues Ive had with my machine/mounting while also living OVER an HOUR AWAY is absolutely unacceptable. Everything started with the plumbing and mounting of my machine. As you can see by the pictures, I was told the mounting would only take 1-2 hours however, when I arrived around 11:30am to have my trailer worked on, I ended up being there till AFTER THEY CLOSED (5:00). Although I wasnt too upset and understood sometimes things dont go as planned, that was the first issue. I ended up getting my trailer back around 3-4 days later which wasnt convenient at all but understood. Secondly, my machine throttle broke within a week and of course I went back again to get it figured out. So with another two-to-three hour trip back and forth again, they thankfully resolved the problem. Then within another very short time period the machine started smoking due to excess oil in the machine, which if I knew that was the cause I wouldve just done it myself rather than making ANOTHER two-to-three hour trip for an unnecessary issue. Lastly, which is still a constant issue as of now, the awful mounting of my machine has caused constant bolts to break repeatedly leading to great possibilities of my $3500 machine falling off the trailer. The one thing I think is okay is that their machines and such are well priced however, I would suggest getting the things put together done elsewhere. Craftsmanship is not worth it and awful!!

These guys had what I needed and informed me of fantastic new products as alternatives to what I had. Drove far to get a part I needed immediately and had it in stock. No waiting 3 weeks for shipping! Will be down here for my needs more often and spreading the word of this hidden gem
