AT&T Store

Went in for new phone service on 8/2/23 the Rep I worked with was Daryl and he was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff was just as amazing. Penny the manager was great with her team assisting them where needed.

I went into this store because my husband's phone has been in SOS MODE for over a month. It seemed like i was getting the run around. The lady I talked to on the phone said I could get a replacement at the store. I walk in there and the manager tells me that they dont do that. I was like, i told the other associate can you at least get it out of SOS MODE and she does. I take it back to my husband and he calls from his other phone and says he can't make or receive any phone calls. I take it back to the store and the rude manager tells me that the phone is blacklisted and I will have to call Ausurian and that she's sorry. I was thinking to myself no you arent. What happened to customer service because she was lacking in those skills. I had to call ATT and get service restored. She just wanted me out of the store. She was nasty!!!
