Regions Bank

I came to the branch, after work, to cash a large check and was told that it could not be cashed at the time due to the mgr being out for lunch. I left, called back& spoke to a different representative, and she stated that no one would be able to service me, if an override is needed, between the hours of 330-430 / 3-4. She said Id need to go to a different branch. Ive never heard of such a thing, especially not from a bank. This is extremely poor customer service and management.

in and out of town in 3 states in different branches, all the same positive public service and communication skills. Following my home town in Sarasota Florida, to my son's home in columbia South Carolina, most recently the equally AWESOME service at the Morrow branch in Georgia, kept up the same professional tasks. Easy fast and professional service everywhere. Go beyond the scope of excellence!

Regions bank is trash so is there customer service. Avoid this bank.

No employee wants to work at this branch. I wanted to open an account, and when I told the banker that she was like our last appointment in at 11am and we were there few min before that still she didn't help us....she kept telling us to do it online so, she doesn't have to work....same thing happened when we wanted to open safety deposit box, she still told us can't do as it takes 45 minutes even when we have more than 55 minutes. Because of this branch employees i will never be wanted to be working with regions bank.

Will close your account without warning and wont let you know why. Careless unhelpful employees, Weird, rude careless lady with copper hair in the background.
