This property is not a 5 star. When i moved in this apartment i was seeing little roaches and gnats. The past year and half i have had a horrible experience. I went from having gnats to roaches and then a rat. I have rats in my unit and have been trying to get moved to another unit but have been told that there are no units available for me to move to. These apartments have rat's roaches and raccoons. It's hard trying to find something affordable and available to just move out. The blinds on my patio are so old they fall apart when you touch them. The dish washer holds water from the sink and garbage disposal and holds a odor. My bathroom tub and sink water just sits and takes forever to go down. I've poured so much draino trying to fix it is ridiculous. All the managers can offer me is to move out.

I moved in in march. I chose these apartments because they are affordable, fully aware that they are old. Since March, I've dealt with gnats, roaches and now rats. Yes, I have dog food in my unit but its stored in containers. The rats or whatever this animal is, is trying to eat through the totes that hold the dog food. I've gone to the rent office several times about all my issues and they seem to be not important to the maintenance staff or property manager. Again I understand these are old apartments but people still have standards that they would like to be upheld. Dishwasher is old and rusty and they will not replace it, it holds water from the garbage disposal which causes gnats and roaches. Move here at your own risk.

These are the worst apartments of my life they dont care about their tenants Ive suffered a stroke while I was living there was wheelchair-bound. I email the leasing office and let them know what was going on with me and eviction was filed on me. Due to me having a stroke someone broke my door with a hammer. I filed a police report. And Im still being charged.when a lot of my stuff was ruined by roches
