Whataburger

Done in experience wasn't a positive vibe. Took over 30 minutes to receive 3 hamburgers and that was after we asked a worker if they had an ETA. They forgot a fry, so had to ask for that. To keep a 3 year old patient while waiting on some food is not a fun thing. Frustrating part was they had workers all over the place so why is the service so bad?

The only reason I gave even a 1 is so I could leave a review. 3 total people in Drive Thru ordered my burger without Cheese & Onions. The women on the speaker repeated it to me. Pulled up, again just 2 other cars ahead of me. Had to wait forever. Drove away and to the next town ( as Im working) opened my $10.48 burger and it was loaded with cheese and Onions! Urgg, I called the store asked for the manager Nicole again had to wait forever for her to pick up. When I explained what happened she responded Oh Im so sorry, just come back. I explained Im working and have left Monroe and will not be back for 6 weeks. I suggested she take the receipt number and refund my money. She said she was not able to do that it had to be done in person bringing the incorrect sandwich back in with me. Well this was my First & Last Visit to Whataburger! Over prices Birgers and Bad Customer Service!! Terrible Policies Whataburger!!!

Every single time I order here it takes at least 30 minutes just for me to get my food and for it only to be wrong. Every time. The dining room is also always full of employees on their break taking up the tables and being loud as possible. This store needs some management that gives a damn.

I went up today with my kids to get a few burgers around 10 this morning and this girl named Nicole was all rude when I was talking to her she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I was with my kids. Sad person to have at a good franchise. When I got there I ordered our food and it was wrong so I gave it back to her and I wanted no tomatos and the sandwich had tomatos so I went up to her and she said you couldnt just take the damn thing off?? It was pathetic. Will never go back. Bun was a little stale as well.
