I recently represented a buyer in the purchase of their new home built by Brookstone Construction. Throughout the process, there were inevitable bumps along the way, as is typical in any building project. There were a few things that were either done incorrectly or were missing, but everything was resolved by closing. Raymond and Donna were incredibly helpful and dedicated to ensuring my client's satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address any concerns or issues that arose, even after the closing. The level of commitment and follow-up from the builder truly impressed me. Despite the challenges and delays with closing due to material shortages or weather, the end result is nothing short of spectacular. The house is absolutely beautiful, and my clients are thrilled with their purchase. I highly recommend Brookstone for their professionalism, dedication, and the exceptional quality of their homes. I will definitely recommend Brookstone to future clients moving to their building areas.

We have lived in our new Brookstone home now for 19 days and we are beyond happy. The first time I walked into a Brookstone home, a home that was under construction, but almost complete, I told our realtor that this was the house for me. The finishes were not builder grade as I had seen in other houses, they were well above the standard. From the quartz countertops, the custom range hood and the wood cabinets, to the lighting choices and the porcelain tile in the master bath - everything was top quality and beautiful! It actually turned out that the floor plan of the first house I walked into was the perfect floor plan for my husband and I as empty nesters. The walk-in pantry and the huge bonus room over the three-car garage sold me on this house. Unfortunately it had just gone under contract, so our realtor set up a meeting with the builder to see if we could have a house built like the one I had been in. I met with the builder the next week and I paid a holding deposit on the next lot before my husband had even laid eyes on the house. Six days later, when my husband and I together were able to meet with the builder, the remaining 5 or 6 lots had hold deposits on them. My husband liked the house, the almost 3 acre lot and the quality of the finishes, so we paid a deposit to build the house. We were able to add and upgrade many things in the house to our taste and needs. At times the construction process seemed to go quickly and at other times very slowly. This is the nature of a semi-custom build due to permitting, as well as materials and trade crews availability. It was frustrating for us at times, but Raymond was always available to speak to my husband and answer questions we had. Part of our frustration came from the fact we were living in a one bedroom apartment and experiencing all that goes with that, so we were anxious, impatient at times, to get into our new house. At times, when our frustration level was high, we worried that we had made a mistake leaving the beautiful home of 23+ years. Happy to say we did not make a mistake. We experienced a few miscommunications about some of our upgrade choices, but between Raymond and Donna, they made it right. Have I mentioned that we love our new house? Now, no new house, whether its custom, semi-custom or in a large development, is perfect when you move in. After walk through we of course had a punch list, but were happy to report that within our first week living here, several of the items were promptly looked at and fixes are already in the works. As we get settled, we are noticing a few things here and there that will need attention, but I have no doubt that those items will be quickly and easily addressed as well. The building a home process was not without its problems. We realize we probably should have tempered our expectations regarding the timeline a bit, but the end result is what matters. This house is a beautiful, quality build, built just for us. I am deliriously happy living here even during the exhausting unpacking process. I smile every morning when I wake up and see where I am. I am no longer sad about leaving our former home because I know in my heart we are right where we were meant to be - we are home. Thank you to Raymond, Donna and Robert for building us our beautiful forever home. As we begin this next phase of our life, we look forward to being extremely happy here for a very long time.
