I started at Twin Lakes after having hand surgery. I was very impressed the professional atmosphere. Each person I came in contact with could not have been more professional. Connie was my therapist and always ran on time. She established goals for me to achieve and I was able to exceed each of them with her help. She was sensitive to my growth. When she felt I had pushed a little too hard she had me back off. When I needed to push a little more she let me know in a very nurturing way. I will need surgery on my other hand in the future. I cant say Im looking forward to it, but knowing I will be able to access Twin Lakes and work with Connie lessens the burden of having the surgery.
