We were treated to a wonderful experience here! Manager Joshua Hill was very accommodating, and Emily, from the front desk, made sure we were well cared for coming in late on Easter. Kay, at the front desk was very nice and helpful with info on places to eat, etc! What a great experience!

The only good thing about this location is Joseph. He did his best to take care of my concerns and make things right. My room was horrible. I walked in and the floor was dirty, the carpet needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom tub was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. The counters were dirty, the sheets were dirty and had blood on them. Joseph gave me a $48 dollar discount and a chicken pot pie. I will be contacting corporate.

3.5 overall. I stayed 10 nights. This hotels exterior is very nice. You drive up a pretty driveway and enter a nice lobby area. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. It met my basic need for a place to sleep and shower. I would not however stay here again. The front desk staff for the most part were pleasant but there was one staff member who wasnt. Ok, not a deal breaker. Then they use the cheapest coffee and cheapest sweeter that is only available during breakfast. The coffee was very weak with no taste. I do need some caffeine in the morning and this had none. I believe this is a reflection of the manager as I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and this is not the norm. I really hate cheap coffee. Then there was the powdered eggs. Really. Yuck. They had the cheapest bagels and english muffins, the institutional ones. The sausage wasnt browned, it was gray in color. There was some instant Quaker Oats you add hot water to and some Kellogg cereal in individual cups. The juice dispenser was ok, offered orange juice and apple juice. One day they had individual quiche in cups and there was bacon served two out of ten days. I went to the Krogers down the road and bought groceries for breakfast. Just kept it moving. Im a bit annoyed at this point. The bed did not have a mattress protector and the fitted sheet kept coming off which was also a bit annoying. The room was dated with an oversized entertainment center. There was a nice TV. Besides the cheapskate mixed quality breakfast the main reason I would not stay at this particular property again was the poor housekeeping experience. I used housekeeping twice during my 10 night stay. On the 5th night the room was made up but all the washcloths were taken but not replaced. Really. Two of the towels switched out were very thin. Really. The quality and service Marriott is known for was lacking during my stay. Stop being so cheap and spend a few pennies on your guest experience and be sure to replace all the towels and washcloths with nice ones.
