        Waited multiple days for delivery and yet flowers were never delivered. Customer service is less than par. You can't get anyone on the phone. Had to ask for a refund as the flowers were not delivered in time for the funeral. I never rate anyone but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give negative stars I would!

        Mom called to have flowers delivered for my Aunts 75th birthday. Flowers never showed up! Going on a week regarding refund as they investigate. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS! They should have zero stars!! Ridiculous!
