This place has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The hygienist barely cleaned my teeth. As another reviewer stated, I wouldnt even take my dog to this dentist

I always enjoy my visits at the Dr. Harrison's dentist office...my kids as well..

Ive used this dentist for the past few years only because they took my insurance but now I no longer have insurance and I still went because I was told my x-rays were still valid so it would be cheaper for me to go here then find a new dentist, so I went to get a wisdom tooth extracted.(mind you I made an appointment to get the same tooth extracted last year and I was told it doesnt need to be removed) now I have to pay out of pocket. Anyways after waiting 30 minutes for my appointment Dr.Harrison doesnt know my name doesnt know why Im there and then tells me I need new x-rays because theyre outdated, once told her that I was told when booking the appointment that they are good until June. All of a sudden I didnt need new x-rays that cost $100 (she wasnt looking for the specifics she just wanted me to pay for new x-rays) I was then told by her that she cant tell me how much the procedure would be, until she starts working, I felt uneasy the entire time I began to tell her some pain Ive been having aside from my wisdom tooth, and she said no it doesnt work like that and she didnt give me an explanation after and when I asked for one, she seemed frustrated. If you cant do a simple thing as a doctor and make someone feel welcome and answer questions about their pain then you shouldnt be in the medical field I obviously got up and left. Id rather pay close to $500 and have a good, safe experience than ever give my money to someone that obviously tried to scam me with x-rays and lack professionalism.

I have heard very bad things about Dr Harrison from the time I moved here in 1996 until now I needed a root canal and she was the only Dr that would do it with my Medicare I was scared because I heard she cause pain, but I felt it was worth it Being honest I felt no pain not even what I expected from another dentist That was my first time going to her I tried to set up another visit to have my teeth filled but I was put on hold for over three minutes I called back later and it went to voice saying leave name and number and they will return call later The voicemail was not accepting any more voicemails it was full So clearly none of those voicemails could have been returned She may have been good, but her staff would not let me find out I called a more professional dentist office
