He gets right to the root of the issue by unveiling the cause and educating me on a useful alternative method or work around so that I can move forward with my tasks without further hindrance. Today, he clarified my understanding on email encryption and showed me the best approach at protecting sensitive information during transit. He has yet to fail in providing an adequate outcome. I am well pleased. Job well done Stuart!
