First, I am a female and ware female cloths. I used this dry cleaning company because they also do wash, dry & fold laundry. I was not able to do my own laundry because I do not live here & all the other laundry mat locations in Milledgeville were very dirty. I didn't want to clean my clothes in a dirty facility. I dropped off my clothes on Monday, they said they would be ready Wednesday, due to unforeseen situation I picked them up on Thursday morning. I brought them back to my camper. I had to refold all my clothes because: the pants were folded like you do men's pants with the crouch pulled forward and the pockets were sticking out. I fold my pants with the bottom pulled toward the rear area so that they do not get wrinkled. My blouses were folded almost waded. I do not leave for another few days but I have not blouses to wear now. My undergarments that were white (brand new) are now dingy, I only hope they didn't put all my clothes together to wash. I didn't ask for ironing because I don't need to iron my clothes, I take them out of the dryer promptly. I am very upset. I tried to call them but their answering machine is full and cannot take any more messages. Please don't use this service, I'm sure they do beautiful dry cleaning, I've seen the clothes hanging but they do not do so well with the wash, dry & fold service.
