Simply Southern Barn will strive to offer you the southern elegance and rustic charm you've dreamed of for your special day. Located conveniently off Highway 441 North in Milledgeville, family and friends will be able to enjoy an inviting barn atmosphere without the long drive to the countryside. It is our desire and mission for you and your guests to delight in every moment spent with us at Simply Southern Barn.The vision and inspiration to build the barn came from Fred Savage, my loving and amazingly talented husband of almost 40 years. Certainly, one of the greatest blessings the Lord ever gave us is our family: our two daughters, our sons-in-law, and our beautiful grandchildren. We consider it our best days when we are all together and there is sweet peace and fellowship between us. It was Fred's hope and dream to build this barn and leave it as a legacy for our children and grandchildren. In the days ahead, Fred, myself, and our family will do our utmost to make Simply Southern Barn event and wedding venue an inviting, cozy, and enchanting place for you to come and have your family and friends celebrate with you your special day or event.Simply Southern Barn is one of its kind in the Greensboro area. With its authentic barn design and rustic charm, our barn will provide the ideal setting for your special event be it a large celebration or a more intimate gathering.?Just a few of our unique amenities include...?Two 2800 square feet climate-controlled event spaces. Catering and staging room that includes commercial fridge and sink, food prep counter and warming oven.Handicap accessible men's and women's restrooms.Private bride and groom suites with well-lit dressing areas and restrooms.Moveable stage so you can decide how you want your event space to be arranged.Tables and white chairs to seat 200 guests (25 round tables that seat 8 each).Handicap parking.Up to 250 guests if utilizing both event spaces as one, max of 125 guests if spaces are used separately (both wedding and reception indoors).Whether our venue is needed for a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, holiday party, prom night, banquet or anything else, Simply Southern Barn is available for you!We have guests come from all over Georgia including but not limited to Baldwin County, Milledgeville, Greene County, Greensboro, Bibb County, Macon, Newton County, Covington, Houston County, Warner Robins, Jones County, Putnam County, Washington County, Morgan County and all surrounding areas.
