Mr. Burns' practice is a bankruptcy/real estate/probate practice. He is probably the most ethical person I know. Extremely smart and very knowledgeable in his fields of practice.

A family member and I met with Mr. Burns for a consult, and were shocked at how unprofessional and rude he was. Picture: a professional who speaks to potential clients in a derogatory manner, makes little eye contact, and shows no interest throughout the consult. My family member and I are both highly educated professionals, and were spoken to like we were half-witted children. I will never forget Mr. Burns removing his glasses and placing his index finger and thumb over the bridge of his nose, with closed eyes and audible sighs, as if our presence was just irritating. We sought out help from Mr. Burns, and unfortunately left with nothing but disappointment. We decided to consult with Mr. Ian McMullen with Waddell & Associates, and were treated with much more kindness and respect, not to mention we received the help for which we were looking. Mr. Burns would do well to remember that body language says more than words.
