    They advertise internet as an amenity, but the internet doesn't work. We've been reporting it for 3 weeks. Their vendor doesn't fix it. Bellamy doesn't care, and they won't provide a refund.

    Bellamy has been super accommodating to me and roommates throughout the 9 months we have been here so far. The people in the front office have been so kind and understanding with the struggles we have brought to them. Bellamy helped us remediate the issues we were having with one for our roommates and our apartment has been so peaceful ever since. We have had a few issues regarding items in our apartment, such as lights going out, my roommate accidentally breaking a lock on our front door, etc. When I called in my lock being broken on the front door they had gotten to my apartment within the hour to replace the lock and give us new keys. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and the individuals that work in maintenance are absolutely amazing. The issues that we most commonly run into are our neighbors. It is not Bellamy's fault that they are loud and leave trash in the hallways, but Bellamy's onsite courtesy officer is reachable if the neighbors ever do get too loud and Bellamy is proactive in making sure residents don't trash the property, which is gratefully appreciated. We have a great relationship with the individuals that work in the office, and as long as you're a respectful resident you will enjoy your time in Bellamy.

    Wifi doesnt work half the time. The washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher is always messing up. They wont take back the furniture they provide to store, which is all beaten up and/or broken. Best of all we got robbed in the middle of the night, my friend got her bike stolen, a few other people have been robbed and Bellamy has done nothing for any of us. What few cameras they do have dont even work. Theyve messed up and overcharged my roommate for rent before. I do not blame the staff in the office, for it is not on them their higher ups are incompetent and do not have more than merely other young adults working who cannot handle these situations on their own. No fault to them, they are always very polite and friendly.

    I've lived at the Bellamy for 3 years and they have really gone down the tubes. They have raised prices from $550 for a 2 person to $670 in 3 years and utilities are extremely expensive on top of that. They have raised flat rate for water and added a cost for garbage in the middle of this year's lease that i did not sign for at the beginning of the year. Electricity has gone up $30 and nobody cal tell me why, not even the property manager. Majority of my other friends are paying around $30 maximum for their electricity and I am paying triple that at Bellamy. The tenants here are very loud and smoke a lot of weed as well. These apartments do not reflect the price they are charging.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We apologize that your stay has not been what you expected. In terms of the furniture in the unit, we are unable to replace furniture for lease take overs being that they take the unit as is. However, after chatting with you over the phone I am glad we were able to clarify the other issues you brought to our attention. Our on-sight courtesy officer and staff take security very seriously and want you to feel at home when you are here. Each unit is set up with an ADT security system which residents have access to. We hope that we have resolved these issues and will work to make sure you are comfortable during the remainder of you stay at Bellamy.
