        Moved in a few weeks ago and am very happy! Community is friendly and quiet, grounds are well kept, maintenance staff are relatively attentive and get things done quickly. Offfice manager, Ms. Walker, is friendly and helpful, and replies to emails promptly. :) Pet friendly, convenient and clean laundry room, good water pressure, nice appliances, covered porch areas, easy access to trash disposal. I would highly reccommend.

        These are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The Manager. Ms D has such a Nasty, Aggressive, and Masculine attitude. She Talks down to people and constantly comes across as angry. She is generally unpleasant and acts as if addressing resident complaints are a problem. These apartments are rundown and falling apart. The outside looks decent but the inside is extremely out dated. Nothing gets fixed or addressed on time. RENTERS BEWARE
