        I have a health care plan for my babies with this establishment, and unfortunately this location in particular is by far the worst I have been to. I am paying over $1000 a year for my cats health care plan, and my kitten has got conjunctivitis a few times now. Long story short, I ran out of the eye ointment needed to clear the bacteria. So I call to come purchase another tube, but the doctor needs me to schedule an appointment (which costs more money for the check up) instead of allowing me to PURCHASE an OINTMENT I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT BEFORE!! There is no rhyme or reason for that. They would rather let your baby suffer than get immediate help when I KNOW WHAT MY BABY NEEDS, thank you !! . I recommend to anyone reading this, please go with a company that will take CARE of your babies.
