I've been doing business with the UPS store Jonesboro Road McDonough for over 15 years. U Knew the original owners very well. But now Under New Management the staff was rude did not know what they were doing and we're just standing at the register eating and playing on her phone while the line backed up.

I visited this location on 1/10/24 to ship back an Amazon return as well as ship another package. When I arrived I sat down at desktop computer to print out a label and noticed the computer was not coming on.. The owner saw me trying to long on and did not bother to inform me that it wasn't working not until I asked did he inform me. The line became long and the female employee was helping a customer while the owner was on the phone. He did not acknowledge the long line of customers therefore customers were just standing in line. I also had to pay for a plastic bag to return my Amazon package which has never happened at any UPS store location This location has always been busy however, now under new ownership the customer service is POOR! I also feel when foreigners buy a franchise their main focus is on MAKING MONEY ONLY!! They nickel and dime the customer for everything and also have a tendency to treat BLACK customers very differently meaning providing poor customer service and in most cases Black consumers support their businesses the most. I will NEVER support this UPS store again. ..
