I lived in an A O Homes property for three years from 2017-2020. The property manager was always friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, the rent was far below asking price in the neighborhood, and I always felt safe with the security cameras and other tenants. A O Home solutions and Mark have been the best. I have been renting from him for 9 yrs. We talked several time about purchasing the home. Mark was very helpful and patient as the process came along. I had the opportunity to work with AO Home Solutions for almost 10 years and 5 different tenants while I live in North Carolina. They are very professional and always willing to help manage my property. It was great to have local interaction with tenants. They also helped when it came to selling the property, with nothing in return. Top notch.
