I would be hesitant working with this company as they're known to use unreliable contractors like HomeTec Management Services. We closed on our house 10 months ago and they still refuse to make it right.
While our house was in contract, the ceiling got water damage from a failed condenser pump. They hired a contractor to fix the damage a week prior to us moving in. We didn't get to see the repairs until 3 days before.
Stuck between a rock in a hard place. I could either delay and wait for them to make it right (and be without a home in the mean time), or trust that they used reliable contractors who would honor their warranty. I made the mistake of trusting them.
Make sure you get a good home inspector and refuse to close if you're unhappy with any repairs done while under contract!
