We are new to Georgia and didn't really know any real estate agents. We Google searched for the best agents, and found Chance.
Chance had referrals for all of the right trades to help us get our house in shape to sell.
Painting, carpentry, photographer, videographer, drywall, etc., etc.
Every contractor was top notch. Fast, and budget-friendly, and great work. One of the contractors who had worked with
Chance for a long time told us, "You better have you bags packed! Chance will have this place sold before you know it!"
We thought, OK, sure. He is probably just being supportive of the guy that that refers him work.
NOPE!
I realize this might sound suspicious, but it is pretty much public record. Our home was list on July 2. We had a firm offer 5 days later. All cash. No contingencies. No inspections. We closed on July 12. Cash was in our account that same day.
He then found our next home, and negotiated a very good deal for us.

Chance was terrific to work with. When we first met he was straight and honest with us. It was pleasure working with him and his team. Everyone was able to answer our questions in a very timely matter. Should I wish to sell a house again I will definitely go to Chance.
