Top notch dry cleaners!!

I often patronize this cleaners because of the convenience and the location being near my home. The first alterations done were pretty good. However, I noticed that everything that we had agreed upon wasn't done. I just chumped it up to possible miscommunication. Nevertheless, I went back and had another set altered. It was supposed to be done within 5days. Once I got there, I was told to come back the next day. I pick it up the next day with no problem. When I get home and try it on, I see that, once again, the agreed alterations weren't done. I went back and she stated that we didn't discuss that. That was a blatant lie. I told her that I specifically remember her putting safety pins in places to make adjustments. At this point, I was done with the conversion and decided to proceed with her correcting it. The most aggravating part is that she wanted to be repaid considering her already inflated prices. I decided to pay the extra since such short notice and never to return. Service: Alterations
