They don't know their codes -- did not know what code stops workers blowing grass and debris on to street and other properties, seems like they are protecting the bad guys.

There is inadequate signage as required by Georgia law (officers should read ocga 40-6-228) for handicap spaces on the square. I pulled into a space to finish virtual court in another jurisdiction which just began, all the while being harassed and filmed by one of their "officers" even after I told him they needed an 7 foot tall sign with correct signage indicating that it's a handicap space.
Go read the law before trying to enforce it. You could have simply asked politely for me to leave it open instead of puffing your chest out and demonstrating your ignorance.
