This is strictly about the ballon decor and centerpieces. Both were not as described at all. I was very disappointed in my ballon decor and half of the centerpieces were missing. We agreed on how the ballon and decor would look and it wasnt it. Other items were missing that were in the contract as-well.

Shawana is AMAZING! From the first interaction, shes been super responsive and tentative to questions and ensuring all details are perfect. Shes very creative and great to bounce ideas off of. You can immediately tell she truly loves and enjoys what she does! Thank you for making my friends bridal shower so perfect. I appreciate you so much!
