        No cheese on most of my pizza. Manager flat out refused to fix it or compensate for the issue. He said that he could remake the pizza but it would look identical to the one he gave me because its caused by how they cut the slices. I call bull on that one. Look at the cheese pizza from the same order. I asked him what I was supposed to do with cheese-less pizza and he said I dont know what youre going to do with it weve done our part. Ive gotten poorly made pizza here before, but they have always been willing to fix things until now. I will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

        Just called to place an order here. I spoke to an actual person (not a robot). She was polite, easy to understand and got my order correct. It hit me how this experience is becoming more and more rare. So five stars from me.
