While Greg is a great trainer, PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT! HE TELLS YOU WILL COMMIT TO A YEAR BUT AFTER THE YEAR IT STILL BILLS ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS AND YOU HAVE TO SEND A WHOLE OTHER COMPANY A 45 DAY WRITTEN LETTER TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT!!!! Intentionally very misleading especially because they don't tell you that when you sign up for membership with them. Also the contract allows them to sign you up for another membership that is $39 a month in conjunction with the $60. I didn't mind paying for what I thought I signed up for but when I'm mislead and tricked into a misleading contract that is hard to get out of that is what I call deceptive and misleading. Not good business.

Great gym full of great women. You will truly meet friends for life here. Small classes. Interval training style with Zumba and yoga.

Read the fine print!!! It is easy to sign up, but you must move worlds in order to cancel. My wife signed up for the 7-day trial, but the class times ended up not working so she canceled before the 7 days ended. Two months later we are still being charged. We called them and they referred us to a third party billing service. No help there - it would cost us more than the years membership to canceleven though my wife requested the cancellation before the trial period. Their screw up cost us $$60/month for a year. On top of that, in order to cancel, you have to mail (not email, but US Postal Service) a written cancellation request no less than 45 days before the membership automatically renews. Oh, and they have to accept and process the cancellation before the auto renewal too, otherwise youre stuck for another year. Oh, and apparently they also charge you $40 for some body composition test regardless of whether or not you actually had it done.

Very support staff & members . All different sizes & ages of women . The staff is encouraging & well educated on nutrition , effective cardio & weight lifting .This is their passion . I have gone from a size 22 to a size 14 , not overnight but gradually . I started with exercise modifications & slowly improved . If you need encouragement this is the gym for you .
