I had broken an equalizer on my fifth wheel toy hauler's suspension yesterday afternoon about 3pm. I called Brays and he was very responsive and helpful. Bray is very knowledgeable, responsive, and customer oriented. My boat trailer's right wheel hub and bearings failed on the Saturday before July 4th. I was unable to reach anyone for service until I came upon Bray's. Bray responded quickly to my call. Although he was unable to provide service as was already headed to a job and I was way outside his service area, he took the time to help me understand what I needed to do. I sent him pictures and he walked me through the parts I would need to get and how to do the repair myself as I like to DIY. I really appreciate him taking the time to do that. What a great guy!
