Apparently this company does not believe in answering their phone or returning messages to potential clients. I bought a Groupon for a facial on August 20th and have been calling since then to book an appointment (per the instructions) on different days and different times during their business hours. No one has ever answered the phone nor have they returned any one of the several messages that I have left requesting a callback in order to make an appointment. Im not wasting any more time with this business and will be working with Groupon to get a refund for my purchase. Terrible customer service and business practice.
