        Forget doing their online trade appraisal online, after submitting one I was contacted by Juan ———. *sales consultant. He had no idea what kind of vehicle I was trading in. I had to re give him all the information. (It’s a 2021 loaded with features) I was attempting to trade for a truck that was a few years older. Juan’s response was I’ll get the numbers to you. It has been 5 days since contacting, and I have followed up daily to excuses and have been left in the dark. Something that should take 5 minutes, is now lingering in 5 days, but that’s ok, there are plenty of trucks else where… there is better customer service elsewhere, and there plenty of motivated sales people. I would not recommend dealing with them unless you enjoy poor customer service.
