Had high hopes because this company tows a lot of cars for my dad. He highly recommended Daniel..Whoever we got on the phone was I guess our driver. (Didnt get a name. Really hope it wasnt Daniel) They didnt take my name or number for the vehicle and told us 20-30 minutes and were over an hour and a half late. We called at 12:14 and its now 2pm. We tried to call them FOUR times and got sent to voicemail I just wanted to make sure they had the right address. After an hour and a half he finally showed up but we ran to McDonalds five minutes before he showed up because it had been so long and had been sitting here wasting gas. As soon as we drove away he called us saying he was there and that he wasnt going to wait because he had two other cars to go pick up. He cussed out my fianc on the phone and said he should charge just for coming out. SIR YOU WERE OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE WHAT DO YOU MEAN??!! So idk Im just disappointed was hoping to have all this done by now. Im currently sitting in the middle of the Hwy waiting on another tow truck company to show up just disappointed I get they have a hard job but it takes two seconds to have better customer service ya know? Just very rude and disrespectful and poor time management and communication skills..

Daniel is a great guy, I met him by getting a tow. We have since became friends. It's the only your company that I use, and have referred him to loud of others. He's always on time, cautions and curtious with your vehicle. Is also capable of multiple rows at one time. Very smart choice when in need of s good driver.
