Just wanted to thank JoDee for all her help and assistance via email over the years. Her SmartVault portal online and e-filing taxes with JoDee was so simple and stress free. My wife and I will definitely miss working with her now that we have unfortunately moved away. JoDee has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I wish her nothing but the best. God bless!

Very unprofessional. Answered the phone by saying who is this? Wow, great customer service... She was very uninterested in helping me. I thanked her for speaking with me, and she responded with uh huh. Guess she doesnt want business.
