Len Nelms is the veritable Nick Saban of numbers, only he has not retired and is riding a winning streak. He has been an excellent accountant and has done our taxes quickly and accurately the past several years. We are glad he's still on our team.

The worst I ever had. That is because I had the best CPA for so long until they sold the business. Therefore, I have experience to compare with. After my former CPA retired and sold their firm, I searched and found Nelms CPA. The first year was good, and everything else downhill from the 2nd year when he hired some associates to fill our taxes. He didn't even review the YOY analysis and left us to review on our own. We had to point out where are the missing info, like doing our own taxes to the associate. The front desk Admin is rude. What is wrong for questioning and having real concerns of something important as taxes? We pointed out the issues, and they ended up had to submit an Amendment. SERIOUSLY? they don't seem to take our taxes seriously enough. When he asked us to follow the new tax firm as he is "focusing" on business-tax filling and moving away from filling personal-tax filling, we took the opportunity to also "moving away" from his business and any other tax-business he recommended. We understand that all Tax-CPAs are busy during the tax time, but that is the primary part of your JOB in taking care of the clients who hired you and trusted you to fill tax-returns on their behalves. If you reach your capacity, then don't take anymore fillings and be super serious and super consciences (in every single case) of this very important matter in taking care of people's tax returns.
