Angel was so so soooo helpful in the shoe dept. He went back and forth several times helping my boy get a pair of shoes he liked! Very kind and helpful

4 unneeded people at the register's and 2 poor employees running around in the shoe department with a ton of people waiting. Handicapped stall with baby changing table was locked so I asked for help and waited 15 min. Finally went to the front to ask for help and the indifferent girl at the front said it was out of order. How about a sign? Or maybe just an apology and act like you care? There are plenty of amazing Dicks around here. Go to a different one with better customer service.

Ordered some shoes that were the last ones in stock A rare shoe to have my wife drive out 40 minutes to go get them while I was out of town, they put the wrong shoes in the box and now theyre out of stock its disappointing if youre wondering the Shoe, it was the Nike Alpha fly 2s. I have actually never been excited for a shoe this much. But thats what reviews are right? Its your personal review of a place, and mine wasnt great. :( they were able to avoid a single star because the store itself had decent customer service.
