Super-Sod of Marietta

Terrible quality. Rolls falling apart. Inconsistent cut. Spiders. Weeds. Picked up the first 2 of 4 pallets. Quality was okay. Returned for the other two. They loaded my pallets for someone else and gave me the poorest quality Ive ever dealt with. They do this because they can with high demand and limited supply. Ill avoid super sod as much as possible.

Super sod has an easily accessible customer service department and prices are competitive. How ever I've had quality issues big time in the past and thought I'd give them another try. Placed an order for 12 pallets of Zenith, was told it would be delivered Tuesday morning. I called in Monday to confirm everything, first they couldn't even find my purchase order even though it had been paid but now it can't be delivered till Wednesday. Timing plays a huge roll in my business and even though I have an email confirming Tuesday delivery we now have a full day of downtime....

Nancy Harris was super helpful with instructions on how to install the sod correctly! She even assisted me with finding a nearby location that would work around my schedule as well as the weather's schedule. I would definitely use Super Sod again. The Bermuda Tif Tuf works great in this Georgia heat! Their sod is cut fresh and the quality is amazing! So green!
