        Great continuing education classes with a variety of subjects. I’ve taken computer classes and the instructors were very knowledgeable and patient. They offer a variety of classes from Ballroom Dance to Tai Chi. There is also a great little park right beside the school.

        I’ve taken 2 Tai Chi classes so far and plan on taking more. It was great to find a beginners class that was truly for beginners. The classes are small and reasonably priced and Jay is a great instructor and takes his time with everyone.

        This is a great find. I've been taking Tai Chi with Jay for about 6 months now and it has really helped my balance and my stress level. Definitely recommend it for anyone. Just wish they had classes on Mon / Wed as well as Tue / Thur so I could try other classes.
