I'm a Realtor in South Carolina and needed to sell my home in Georgia. Many Realtors would try to sell their own home without an agent but due to working in a different state and our very busy real estate business, I decided to take the advice we give to our clients all the time and hire a Realtor. Best decision! I was able to focus on our clients here in SC as far as listing, negotiating, selling, closing, etc. I was able to have all the energy I needed for our clients because Steve was handling all the negotiating for me as his client. Being a Realtor, I can more than appreciate all the qualities Steve brings to the real estate transaction journey. He's a no pressure, less stress agent who is professional and excellent at communicating. He keeps things simple and positive in what can be overwhelming and stressful. Steve is an agent who always has a full list of contacts or contractors who can help you. I highly recommend Steve if you are considering listing, buying or investing in the Atlanta metro area.
