This review is concerning Kathryn Cannon. I did not buy a home from Kathryn but witnessed her in a situation involving possible property encroachment of one of her clients and that person's neighbor. Kathryn was called by her client to help. When Kathryn arrived, I was appalled with her aggressive and rude behavior toward the neighbor. Due to this, if I needed a realtor, I would not choose her. We have had the pleasure of working with Jim McCollum several times and each time he has far exceeded every expectation we had of him. Jim is not only a fantastic realtor, he's a wonderful person and goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are happy and as stress free as possible during the home buying and selling process. One of the things I love the most about working with Jim is that he is very honest about his opinion and if he has concerns about a house, he will make sure to voice those concerns but he does it in a way that isn't pressuring or trying to sway his client one way or another. He goes out of his way to be available whenever his clients need him even if that means rearranging his own personal schedule to meet the needs of his clients.
