This was the worst daycare ever. My daughter had issues with going to the bathroom after having to hold it in so long in class. Some teachers are mean and I can always tell when people are not genuine with kids. Also Jamelia didnt do her part to correct a balance that was put on my credit after CAPS had already paid them. All of this has left a bad taste in my mouth, so ghetto.

My 4 year old daughter has been attending for just over a month now and I am beyond pleased with the level of care she is receiving. She started at a home day care but she entered into her first center environment last May. From May until February she would cry at drop off almost every day, and frequently told me she didnt want to go to school. I tried several times to move her to a different center, but they were always full for her age group. When a spot finally opened at Bentley KinderCare, I jumped at the opportunity to move her and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived for the tour and was warmly greeted by Ms. Melissa and Ms. Jessica, I knew I had made the right choice. Since she started attending she is excited to go to school every day, and no longer cries at drop off. I also receive pictures and videos of her from the center, showing me what she is learning for the day and that level of engagement is so awesome because I didnt have that at her last center. When I pick her up she tells me she had a good day and then yells I like KinderCare! Shoutout to the director Ms. Jamelia for fostering the type of environment that gets kids excited about going to school! Her and her staff are so warm and caring, and it makes me feel so good to know my child is finally happy to go to school.

As a new mom you fear who will be the ones to care for your child but not with Bentley Kindercare! I was so nervous going back to work and putting my little girl in daycare but Ms. Jamelia and her wonderful crew of ladies made me feel right at home! From day one going in to meet the staff and the location up until today her second week attending, I have felt all the love! Each and every single pick up and drop off is such a great experience! They guaranteed my baby will not only be safe but she will truly be loved and I can see that already just in the 2 weeks of her being there. Her teachers Ms Em and Ms. Destiny are loving, compassionate, and patient. I am so grateful for the 2 of them and the way they treat my baby! I dont know how other locations are but I do know my little girl is well taken care of at Bentley. Ms. Jamelia and team, thank you for all you do for our kids. I can say soooo many amazing things about this daycare but I would be writing a book. This is a second home for me and my little one. They are sooo professional but yet so loving, it feels like home. My little one has been here since his infant stages and now going on 3. He knows all the teachers by name in each classroom, and that little smile I see picking him up says soo much about his day. He is always looking forward to going to school. If youre in need of a daycare or pre k services this is the place you need. Sooo happy I stumbled across this GEM. Those ladies are amazing, my baby is in good hands, better than Allstate. They are super clean and washes EVERYTHING, toys, blankets, EVERYTHING!

Bentley has been a great experience for my wife and Is son. I greatly appreciate the consistent communication displayed by Ms. Jamelia. I also love his teachers and their level of patience and professionalism (Ms. Lynette and Ms. Armani). This is a well run pre-k that Id highly recommend for any parent and their child.
