Mayday provides EXCELLENT customer service. I had something in my attic and they came out within hours. In addition the Exclusion Service they provided was top notch - they were prompt, fast and knowledgable. I'm terrified of rodents and Tim really made me feel at ease with his customer service. Highly recommend Mayday.

Amazing service!! I previously had a contract with Terminix and had SO MANY issues with scheduling and my rodents kept coming back. Once I switched to Mayday, I have been blown away by how good their service is! Their availability for appointments is amazing when you are dealing with pests and rodents that need to be taken care of immediately. They communicate clearly with customers and confirm appointments via email and text, and they ALWAYS show up on time. Mayday has great prices (they meet or beat Terminix), and their technicians are so knowledgable and helpful. Tim in particular is so patient and answers all of my questions, plus his experience as a contractor gives me extra peace of mind knowing that everything is sealed up and waterproofed immaculately!
