Update: 1/28/24 I called them back and left Andrea a message as she instructed in her reply the same day. Radio silence. What she said in her response contradicts what Matt said when I spoke to him on the phone. It's wild that a company will literally lie to try and save face. I have the emails stating that the so call termite protection you offered was checked 3 times not 4. And it was 5 months in between the first 2 and 4 months in between the 2nd and 3rd. Keep lying if you want. Update: 12/29/23 I had my final conversation with Matt just a little bit ago. He took my case to the owners. They decided to not give me any sort of reimbursement, which I assumed would happen. I have also found out that they are supposed to inspect the termite stations every 3 months according to the manufacturer and they were late for those. I was informed that they have a 30 day window but again, that is not mentioned in the information from the manufacturer. Plus those stations were monitoring only, which I had no idea about, and wouldn't of even killed termites if they were present. Also looking into the GA Department of Agriculture's website, technicians are supposed to be licensed. Only 1 of the 5 techs that have come to my house have had a license according to the Department of Agriculture's website, and it expired early December. I kept All Pro when I moved in my house last year since they held the termite bond. I later added pest service. They don't spray inside the house unless you request it which seems to be normal for most everyone now in this industry. But they also told me they could call before service to see if I wanted them to spray inside. Of course they haven't followed up with that. They also don't do routine stuff like knocking down spider webs like everyone else does unless requested. How can I request if they don't tell me they are coming? At some point my termite stations were numbered, but only some of them and I am missing at least one cap to a station that they have never replaced. I have been seeking out options on new pest control and have been told they also failed to do a couple things in regards to termite treatment before I moved in. They left termite tunnels that are supposed to be scraped and they also didn't seal where they injected treatment into the ground, instead they just left the top of the spikes things exposed. Run for the hills with them for sure.
