I received only one phone call that I didnt makemy case manager didnt give me her contact information until the day I canceled my contract after I asked 3x. There was no follow through with her which made me uncomfortable about the process with Schnyder. I wasnt made aware of certain aspects of the case until I called hernot being kept up to speed and that no response case manager is the reason I left

I was in an accident with my daughter last year and as soon as my friends heard, they recommended calling the Schnyder Law Firm immediately. I talked to Rebecca first since she was my friend's friend and she was great and truly made me feel like I would be taken care of with them. From there, I was placed into the incredibly capable hands of Stephanie. She was a godsend. Stephanie did a fantastic job of keeping me informed regularly, answering any and all of my questions, and going as far as sending me text updates when I couldn't answer my phone.
