Floss Dentistry for Children and Adolescents

Dr. Carlos and the entire Floss Team are incredible at what they do. My 10 yo daughter was scheduled for a 4pm tooth extraction. She was so nervous the night before, that she asked me to call the next morning to see if Dr. Carlos could see her first thing in the morning. I called when the office opened and Dr. Carlos was more than gracious to have us in before lunch time. Not only did Dr. Carlos and team graciously accommodate the scheduling request, they also assured my daughter that all would be ok. The procedure went very well and my daughter was smiling when we left. We have loved every visit we have had, twice a year with Floss Dentistry for the last 8 years!

My kids have been going to Floss for many years now. Dr. Garza and his staff are very friendly and prompt. We never have to wait a long time for our scheduled appointments. And the dental services have been very thorough and attentive to any concerns. Also, I would like to give kudos to Mandy at the front desk. We look forward to seeing her during our visits. She has always been a ray of sunshine. Very professional and personable!

We have been coming here for about 8 years and the staff has always been very helpful and nurturing towards my kids. Mandy is so helpful with figuring out scheduling so both of my kids can be seen at the same time.

This is a really nice facility, and we had a great experience. We moved to Georgia 2 years ago, and I've been looking for a pediatric dentist for my son. I've driven passed this location many times, and I finally called to make an appointment. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. Dr. Carlos examined my son; while doing so he explained everything in order for him to understand what's going on with his teeth, expectations, and the details of his visit. As a parent I enjoyed watching their interaction. Once he finished with my son, we spoke, and then he walked with us all the way to the check-out desk. The process was seamless (from start to finish). More importantly my son felt comfortable, safe, and he enjoyed his visit. The exterior of the building and the inside of the office may not be multicolored and full of animals, but you don't need that when the real business is being handled. Needless to say we found our son's new dentist.
