        I enjoyed working with John, I didnt get my asking price but he took the time to break down the reason he was giving me a lower amount. Didnt have much knowledge on diamonds and their tiers and values but thanks to John i now understand. Great customer service, super friendly, will definitely be back!

      Hello Erica, I'm sorry that you felt like I was ignoring you. I was finishing up with a customer and I apologize that you felt that way. I am only one person and I do like to make sure I am giving the current customer my full attention to help them with the issue at hand. I will say that I did try to acknowledge your husband three separate times when he entered the establishment. However, I think it was hard for him to hear me since he had his telephone conversation coming through his speaker phone and was talking loudly to his job forman about how lazy his employees were........ I will say that we enjoyed his conversation very much. If I can help you in the future please come see me. John
