Experience was very nice with Dr. Lad. Dr. Lad was very pleasing, friendly & easily reachable personality. He gathered all the facts from me & after the X-rays were taken, he explained all the details & advised all the treatment plan for my issue! The online check in process was very friendly & quick! The X-Ray technician was very proficient & quick! Overall a very good experience!

It was very easy to go online and make an appointment. I was able to check in and complete all paperwork online as well. There was not a long wait before I was called back. X-rays were made by a very proficient young lady. The doctor was in to go over the results from the X-rays and provide a physical examination to determine what was the best way to handle my knee issues. He gave me options as well so that I felt I had a part in the decision making process. His assistant quickly and proficiently set up a referral for physical therapy and a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Absolutely the best doctors visit Ive ever had! I highly recommend Dr. Lad and his team at the Windy Hill Resurgens office.

The whole practice is great. Pleasant interactions with multiple doctors and PAs. Dr. Lad has a great bedside manner and is super knowledgeable.
