        Absolute worst clinical experience, and this is from an EMT with 13 years of experience. Supposed to open at 8am, they didn't open or unlock the doors until 8:12am. Man at the desk, who was very difficult to understand, had none of the paperwork ready for my scheduled appointment. It took the tech and a 2nd person who turned out to be the "Dr." 5 unsuccessful attempts to draw my blood. During the physical exam the Dr didn't even put gloves on or perform essential parts of a routine physical for Fire/EMS service.

        The atmosphere is thick and tense just from the main guy who runs the desk. Rude and unclear. Worst experience Ive had in any medical facility.

        Had a nice experience here, Carle, Monty, and Martin were all a pleasure to meet and very helpful. I pulled something in my back and they gave me everything I needed to care for it
