        Caring Doctor, considerate staff.. see him for nerve damage, pain and cognitive deficiency..

        The Dr is very nice, but having to wait 3-4 days to talk to staff regarding information about a written prescription is unacceptable. I was very specific with my question. I left 3 messages 3 days apart. Their outgoing message actually says that you need to expect to wait this long. Update: The nurse called back ( day 3) & was very nice & answered my concerns. But, no one should have to wait 4 days for a question.
