        Me and my Daughter for our selfcare picked, Cocanails. Best decision Ever!!! Staff and Owner were the kindest and most informational people. It felt like Home in the kitchen catching up on life. While getting our hands and feet done. Might I add we are going on 2 weeks and they are still looking good. Will be back for my sns dip. Thanks Ladies so much!

        I wanted to try a new salon chose Cocoa nails, I was charged 25.00 booking fee to book my services, I only got a pedicure with no extras, was charged 60.00 for pedicure and gel polish. The owner was personable, but the polish ended on my cuticle and I expected the 25.00 to be deducted from my balance due, it was not which was disappointing the site should inform the customer that the booking fee is in addition to the service charges! Unhappy customer I can afford what I want but I would like to make that decision!

      Paulette our $20 booking fee is used towards your service. The only way it is not, is if you are late. I wish you would have called me for clarification before posting a negative review. I am sure we could have figured this situation out. Gel polish is indeed an extra. My site definitely states that the deposit is used towards the service. However, the name on this review is not showing up in my system. So if this is not your real name, I would like to look into this matter further.
