Hannah,I am sorry you didn't like the outcome of your cupcakes. I am not sure why you didn't mention anything when you picked them up as we are always willing to work with our customers if needed. This was only brought up after the order was taken and consumed. In regards to the design, I agree they could be similar to Oscar the Grouch as the grinch without his Santa hat does look that way. That was a design choice that you made specifically requesting that there were no hats on the cupcakes because this was for a birthday and not for Christmas. You also mentioned that the cupcakes could be round and didn't need to be shaped as the grinch head. When the design request is different from the photo, the design is going to look different from the photo. I'm not sure why this info was left out of your review.In regards to us starting the order on the day it was due, we always bake our cupcakes fresh, the day of. I'm not sure why anyone would want anything else. I have tried to reach out to you several times via phone to resolve this with you as requested but have not heard back.
