        Here I am sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment, and I am SO disappointed already. So far, the provider, Korinne Edwards, is 20 minutes late. No apology, just excuses on why she thought that was acceptable. If you're going to charge me BEFORE my appointment starts, show up late, and expect me to be okay with a shortened appointment time for my FIRST appointment, you're insane. The admin Felicia is so rude and disrespectful. Don't hire people who aren't knowledgeable and sensitive to the fact that people who are coming to this office NEED kindness and compassion, not disrespect because your admin doesn't want to work the front desk. I am honestly appalled on how I've been treated. Even Korinne was like "go see another provider" like she doesn't even care about her patients obviously.I hope nobody ever goes here with serious mental health concerns. They will NOT be addressed. This place is a joke and the owner should be ashamed of him or herself.
