We returned a Aflovest and 2 more itens and the guy did not generate the ticket for Aflovest And they charged $1,506 because they says it not get returned. I called every day for get the money back and they do nothing. I have everything recorded in my camera. The guy taking the matress, wound vac and the bag with the Aflovest. We have some authentic payments for April 4th and I called them since April 1st every day all day and they do nothing. They know it got returned and don't want give the money back.

Two stars only because the information class was very good. Customer service is very bad. All phone numbers lead to somewhere in Asia. No local or North America based support without physically driving to their local address in Atlanta. No way to check pending orders anywhere online. Having my doctor move my prescription. Bad, bad, bad........

Welp the first person to answer the phone can hardly speak English, I left the hospital with two oxygen tanks I was not informed that these tanks was rental. Come get y'all tanks please and thanks!!!!!

Been waiting for a month to complete my order. I keep getting calls every other day by someone different who says they are waiting on paperwork. My doctor has sent the paperwork more than twice. Im going with a different vendor. I suggest you do the same.

Deceptive pricing practices! Do NOT order from this company! They always send more than insurance will cover and then surprise bill you monthly "rental" charges....read their invoice it says "rental". ORDER CPAP SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE ELSE!
